Authentic Living

Authentic Living
Cultivating the capacity to shine in everyday life.
This retreat is an invitation to slow down beneath effort and self-improvement, and to meet life at the level where it is actually lived.
Not as an idea. Not as something to fix or improve, but as a lived experience.
Many approaches and techniques work primarily at a cognitive level.
They bring understanding, clarity, and perspective. And yet, many people with insight and experience
notice that something remains hard to live in everyday moments.
What this often points to is not a lack of understanding, but a difference between knowing and living.
Capacity develops at a different level than insight. It grows through experience, timing, and the way life is met in the body.
B-Evolution works at this level.
Not by adding more techniques,
but by allowing the nervous system and body to develop the capacity to stay present, open, and alive
in ordinary life, under pressure, in relationship, in uncertainty.
When capacity grows, less effort is needed.
Life becomes simpler.
What is authentic begins to show itself naturally.
This retreat focuses on capacity —
the ability to stay connected to yourself and life as it unfolds.
We explore:
• nervous system intelligence
• self- and co-regulation
• capacity that holds in everyday life
• natural connection, without effort or roles
• authentic living grounded in the body
Rather than working on the story of who you are, we work with how experience is met moment by moment.
Authentic living is not something to achieve. It emerges when there is enough capacity to be with what is.
At the retreat you will learn, understand and live the B-Evolution method:
Each day of the retreat is dedicated to one step of this sequence.
We take time to understand it, experience it directly, and let it settle in the body.
LISTEN · orienting and creating safety
FEEL · building the capacity to stay with sensation
VIBRATE · allowing energy to move without holding
BE · settling into regulated presence
SHINE · meeting life and others with clarity and aliveness
We rise with the sun.
A morning bath in the sea — waking the body, clearing the night.
Breakfast, unhurried.
A daily workshop follows:
clear understanding woven with practiced, direct experience.
Lunch — and space.
Yoga and bodywork in the afternoon,
letting what’s been touched settle into the body.
As the sun lowers, we gather on the roof terrace by the sea for a sunset DJ celebration —
movement, rhythm, aliveness.
Dinner together.
After dinner, an evening meeting unfolds with music,
co-regulation, sharing, and integration.
Then rest.
The day completes itself.
Guides:
His work draws from long-term meditation, emotional and relational exploration, and non-dual inquiry. Over time, it became clear that while these approaches offer essential insight, they often reach limits under real-life pressure.
B-Evolution emerged from integrating these fields at the level of nervous system capacity — where regulation is lived, not understood.
Frode’s focus is on how presence holds in the body, especially in relationship, intensity, and everyday life.
The orientation is simple:
less fixing,
less effort,
more capacity to stay —
and live an authentic life.
Supports the retreat as co-guide, bringing long-term experience in body-based work through movement, yoga, and embodied practice.
Her background includes years of working with the body through fitness and yoga, alongside a deep understanding of tantric wisdom — approached as an embodied sensitivity to rhythm, energy, and presence rather than a conceptual framework.
At the retreat, Natasha guides and supports body-based exploration through yoga and gentle movement, offering practices that support regulation, grounding, and inhabiting the body without force.
She also supports the sunset gatherings through DJ sessions that follow the rhythm of the retreat — responsive rather than stimulating — allowing aliveness to arise within regulation.
Sound therapists and multi-instrumentalist musicians.
Partners in life and in sound.
Evgeniy and Liza work with sound as a direct language of the body.
Throughout the retreat, they support both workshops and evening meetings, allowing sound to accompany regulation, integration, and shared presence.
Through sound baths, kirtan, cacao ceremonies, musical jams, and others alive sound journeys, sound becomes a shared field where the body can soften, energy can move, and connection can arise.
Their sound offerings are designed to support the method and the work of the retreat.
They work with voice and a wide range of instruments, chosen for how they meet the body, moment by moment.
Their path spans decades of musical training and lived devotion. They have facilitated sound journeys and ceremonies in retreats and festivals, bringing experience that is steady, grounded, and responsive to the moment.
Sound supports the work.
It helps what is touched during the retreat to settle, move, and land.
Sounds good — right!
The same work meets both — because regulation is not about experience level, but about capacity.
The retreat will be held at Soul Beach Hotel, directly on the beach by the Mediterranean Sea.
The closeness of the beach, the sea, the light, and the simplicity of the surroundings create a setting where the system can settle without pressure.
Here, nature actively supports regulation, rest, and the rhythm of the retreat.

I didn’t create this work to fix anyone — including myself.
It grew out of seeing, again and again, that understanding alone isn’t what allows us to live more freely.
What changes life is capacity.
The capacity to stay.
To meet ourselves, others, and life as it actually unfolds.
This retreat is an invitation to slow down enough
for something more authentic to emerge on its own.
Not through effort, but through allowing.
If you feel drawn, you are welcome —
exactly as you are.
